Giggles

We've been getting a lot of laughs out of Miss Elle Belle lately. There's nothing better than hearing those squeals and giggles.

Eleanor's Baptism. November 16, 2008

Here we are arriving at the church. Eleanor is in three layers of Christening gown that was originally Joe's sister Michelle's.

After the ceremony, we celebrated at our house.

Trip to the Arboretum

A few weekends ago we took a trip to the Morton Arboretum with my friend Karen. It was a beautiful day. I can't wait until Eleanor is old enough to enjoy all the activities they have for kids there and just run around. For now she's stuck in the stroller or Mommy's arms. Don't you love those cheeks?

Well, she sure looks more like her dad than me. Maybe she'll have my artistic abilities since she didn't get any of my looks. Hopefully she'll avoid inheriting Joe's dance skills.

Happy Halloween?

No, Eleanor is not very happy in this picture. I promise, she did have fun and had to sleep it off the entire weekend. Both Megan's Caitlin and Elle had fun being little kitties for the night.

You've Got the Right Stuff

Oh yes, I attended the New Kids On the Block concert. Joe surprised me with tickets for my birthday. Surprisingly enough, he didn't really want to go so Megan went with me. We had a blast. It was like a time warp. We laughed, sang, and danced throughout the whole show. Did I mention that I actually touched them? I was sitting at the end of the aisle and they walked right past us. It could not have been any better. I may be 28 now, but I'm still 11 years old at heart. Good birthday present, Joe!
